Your password should be working. If you try both those steps, here's a rundown of the only other known issues.
Many, many folks are using the site fine. Don't lose heart. Rebooting does the trick more often than you'd think (for all types of computer problems).
- ProBilling - Occassionally, ProBilling has a delay between the time you sign up and the time the password file is updated on the server. This is only a temporary delay and only occurs occassionally. It only effects signups. If you signed up via ProBilling and you are unable to log in right after signing up, wait 10 minutes then give it another shot. This will work 99%+ of the time.
- Internet Explorer on a Mac - There's an anomoly with Internet Explorer on the Macintosh. Sometimes, it will work fine with the site and the Members Area. Other times, it will work initially then no longer work when trying to log in later. The known solution at this time is to use the Netscape or Safari browser instead.
