Beyond that, to combat piracy, we've implemented new methods of tracking various items back to specific IP addresses, times of day, and usernames. Security's always a trade off between convenience and effectiveness. We're doing our best to keep the experience great, but you should know that just because you don't see a giant watermark on top of your video or photo, that doesn't mean one's not there that's detectable by a computer.

We realize the greater potential for the Reality Revealed™ series of videos to be stolen. As such, we've decided to step up enforcement of intellectual property rights and to work diligently to protect the company's property from being disseminated elsewhere. We have and will continue to proactively register videos with the United State Copyright Office, which also allows for statutory damages for infringement.

A benefit of registering the content with the copyright office is, "In a case where the copyright owner sustains the burden of proving, and the court finds, that infringement was committed willfully, the court in its discretion may increase the award of statutory damages to a sum of not more than $150,000."

That's per infringement: per picture, per video, etc..

So save us both the hassle and remember that the site is for your personal non-shared use only.
